This new historic neighborhood infill home – on the site of a 1978 structure – borrows its stylistic expression from the history of Romany Road and the Latta Park cottages, with a clear contemporary influence that is ‘of its time’ – meaning, it is not an attempt mimic as ‘new old’ or ‘fake old.’ Its exterior references the tradition of the 1940s Picturesque Cottage, honoring and respecting the patterns of the historic context. Its interiors are contemporary, organic, open, and spacious.
