“I’m thrilled to reflect on our journey since our humble beginnings back in 2004. Growing up in Apex, NC, I learned the value of hard work, dedication and the determination to complete what I started. When I moved to Charlotte, NC, I brought those principals with me and embarked on a new adventure in the world of home building.

Starting Ethic LLC with just one rental property was a leap of faith, but I was driven by a vision to create beautiful, functional spaces that people could truly call home. With each project, from small-scale renovations to larger remodels and later custom homes, I poured my heart and soul into delivering quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. It was through that initial project that I discovered my passion for home building and the immense satisfaction that comes from turning a vision into a tangible reality.

As the years went by, Ethic LLC grew steadily. With each successful project, our reputation for quality craftsmanship and exceptional service spread, attracting more clients and opportunities. We expanded our team, honed our skills and embraced new technologies and techniques in the building industry. We’ve tackled over 200 projects, each one presenting its own set of challenges and opportunities for growth.
