General Terms:
- Offer is non-transferable.
- Limited to one golf experience per household/project.
- Construction Project MUST be located in: Matthews, Mint Hill, Foxcroft, Cotswold, SouthPark, Ballantyne, Piper Glen, and Quail Hollow.
- Must complete consultation and submit full plan packet before golf experience is scheduled.
Tier 1 – TopGolf Terms:
- 2-hour bay rental with basic food and beverage ($200 gift card.)
- May be scheduled on weekdays or weekends. (Holidays are excluded).
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
- Must confirm budget and plan readiness via intake meeting with builder.
- Project must begin construction by December 2025.
- Project must meet budget criteria ($500K-$699K)
Tier 2 – Old Sycamore Terms:
- 18-hole round with cart included for 2.
- Available weekdays only after Labor Day 2025 (pending course completion).
- Must confirm budget and plan readiness via intake meeting with builder.
- Project must begin construction by December 2025.
- Project must meet budget criteria ($700K+)
